We aim to dispatch all orders within two days of receiving the order.

Our service is simple, safe and secure. Once you place an order you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your order - whether by credit/debit card and also a tracking number for your parcel.

We deliver to all postal areas on the UK mainland only. Remote Postcodes AB30-35, AB41-54, G83 and TR21-25 may take a further day on our normal delivery service.

Delivery is normally via myHermes and is delivery will always be a 'sign-for' service.

Your delivery should arrive within 2 working days of dispatch but please allow 5 days.
Returns & refunds

We recognise there will be times when you will need to return an item for credit or refund; ordered in error, not as ordered, received damaged or other reasons.

Claims for errors, damages and shortages must be made within 3 working days of delivery.

When returning an items(s) we strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage. Joint Rescue will not be liable for the item until it has been received back into stock in the original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition.

All returns must be suitably packages: items with shipping labels on the original packaging will not be credited or refunded.

As soon as we receive any returned items, (in fully re-saleable condition) an immediate credit or refund will be issued.

For reasons of hygiene and safety once the packaging has been opened we are unable to refund them, unless they are faulty or damaged
